Our owner, Tommy Richardson, first entered the construction industry in 2018 after Hurricane Florence devastated Wilmington, NC. Like many homeowners, he had repairs done, but was disappointed by how unprofessional and disorganized the process was. That experience sparked a mission: to raise the standards in the home services industry by making it more professional, structured, and process-driven.

Over the past eight years, Tommy has learned from some of the best, and worst, contractors across the United States, gaining firsthand insight into what homeowners truly deserve: honest communication, reliable service, and craftsmanship that lasts.

As an 82nd Airborne veteran, Tommy brings the same level of discipline, accountability, and excellence from the military into every project our team takes on. From the first estimate to the final post in the ground, our goal is simple: deliver fences built to last and a customer experience built on trust.
